Schedule
- Full-time, Remote (USA)
- Pay: $18.00 to $20.00/hour
What You’ll Do
- Support the care team with day-to-day client/member needs
- Coordinate member implementation calls with the Care Team Lead
- Complete ad hoc claims reviews as needed
- Identify patients utilizing the program, review history, and determine next coverage date
- Assist patients with enrollment in manufacturer copay assistance programs
- Maintain a patient database for follow-up, tracking, and reporting
- Monitor notifications (prior authorizations, rejected/paid claims) and follow up accordingly
- Make and take calls with client members to ensure copay assistance is processed correctly
- Handle job duties involving access to protected health information (PHI)
- Take on other assigned duties as needed
What You Need
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or 2 to 5 years of experience in retail pharmacy or PBM environment
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong planning, prioritization, and time management
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable adapting to frequent changes and competing demands
