- Requires availability across standard business hours; schedule may include outbound cold calling and member appointment coordination
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to support members
- Complete intake screening questionnaires
- Conduct audio/video initial program assessments
- Make outbound engagement calls to encourage participation
- Route callers to the appropriate clinician
- Navigate multiple digital platforms (call center system, EHR, member-facing app)
- Assist members with scheduling clinician appointments
- Deliver thoughtful, personalized service across a variety of member needs
- Collaborate with clinicians, team leads, and clinical managers
- Use critical thinking to resolve member concerns
- Support clinical operations and administrative tasks as assigned
What You Need
- 2+ years of healthcare or clinical experience
- Call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable setting up and maintaining company-issued equipment
- Basic understanding of EHR/EMR systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must reside in the United States
- Dedicated, quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
