What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to support members
- Conduct intake screening questionnaires and initial audio/video program assessments
- Perform cold-call outreach to increase member engagement
- Route calls to appropriate clinicians
- Navigate multiple technology platforms during calls (EHR, call center tools, member app)
- Schedule appointments for members
- Provide personalized, high-quality customer service
- Write thoughtful, professional responses to member questions
- Collaborate with clinicians, leads, and clinical managers
- Use critical thinking to resolve member inquiries
- Support general clinical operations and administrative needs
What You Need
- 2+ years of healthcare or clinical experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues (laptop, monitor, etc.)
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills
- Basic EHR/EMR familiarity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Must reside in the United States
