What You’ll Do
- Provide customer support by phone, email, and/or chat (business customers)
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound issues
- Handle basic requests like address changes, orders, billing/payment questions, etc.
- Troubleshoot simple issues, identify root cause, use tools/resources to resolve
- Escalate product or more technical issues to the appropriate support team
- Document cases clearly and update customer information accurately
- Meet performance standards (quality, schedule adherence, average handle time)
- Follow up on escalations to learn the correct solution and build your knowledge
- May mentor less experienced team members
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (Associate/Bachelor preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills (written + verbal)
- Comfortable navigating computer systems and working across tools/screens
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to stay focused in a fast-paced environment with productivity expectations
- Able to handle moderate to significant mental stress from workload
