What You’ll Do
- Serve as primary contact for inbound customer calls and messages
- Resolve basic support questions and process updates such as orders and account changes
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when needed
- Document interactions, update customer information, and track follow-up needs
- Maintain quality, productivity, and schedule standards
- Learn from escalations and grow into more advanced support tasks
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
- Professional, patient-focused approach
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Comfortable in a structured, fast-paced environment
