CircleLink Health partners with medical practices to keep Medicare patients supported between office visits. Through monthly check in programs, they help seniors better manage chronic conditions, avoid unnecessary hospital visits, and stay connected to their care teams. As a Care Ambassador, you become the friendly first voice that helps patients understand and enroll in those services.
Schedule
- Remote 1099 contractor role
- Must be available weekdays between 9am and 6pm Eastern Time
- Minimum 20 to 25 hours per week
- Candidates should reside in CO, NM, TX, AZ, UT, or NV
What You’ll Do
- Make high volume outbound calls to Medicare patients using CircleLink’s enrollment software
- Clearly explain the monthly check in program, eligibility, and benefits in simple language
- Answer questions with patience, empathy, and accuracy so patients feel confident
- Motivate and encourage patients to enroll while handling objections professionally
- Document every call and interaction in the system with 100 percent accuracy
- Track common questions and issues and share feedback with the team
- Stay current on program details and best practices for patient outreach
What You Need
- At least 2 years of outbound phone sales experience
- Proven experience with high volume cold calling and appointment setting or enrollments
- Fluent in English required, Spanish a plus
- Strong closing skills and comfort talking on the phone for most of your shift
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Self directed and able to work independently while hitting performance metrics
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented with excellent time management and documentation habits
- Patient first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly and handle objections calmly
- Experience in Medicare, healthcare enrollment, or patient outreach is highly desired
