Schedule
- Remote, contract position (1099)
- Weekdays only, between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET
- Minimum 20–25 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Call Medicare patients (~15 calls per hour) using enrollment software
- Explain program benefits, eligibility, and parameters in clear, empathetic language
- Answer questions and address objections with confidence and patience
- Motivate and encourage patients to enroll in care programs
- Document every call and patient interaction with 100% accuracy
- Share recurring questions, issues, and feedback with management
- Stay current on program details and outreach best practices
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills—confident, clear, and engaging on the phone
- Patient-first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
- High resilience—comfortable handling objections and keeping conversations productive
- Strong closing skills are essential
- Spanish fluency highly desired
- Experience in outbound sales, Medicare, healthcare enrollment, or patient outreach highly preferred
- Must provide own equipment and meet remote work expectations
Compensation
- $20 per hour
- $200 performance-based bonus after 60 days
- Independent contractor (1099) role—responsible for own equipment, taxes, and benefits
