Schedule
- Remote, independent contractor (1099) role
- Part-time: 20–25 hours per week required
- Must be available weekdays, 9am–6pm ET
What You’ll Do
- Call Medicare patients (~15 calls/hour) to explain care program benefits and eligibility
- Educate and motivate patients to enroll while addressing questions with empathy and accuracy
- Overcome objections with strong closing skills and patient-first communication
- Document all calls and interactions thoroughly in enrollment software
- Provide feedback on common patient concerns and program improvements
What You Need
- Strong verbal communication skills; confident and engaging on the phone
- Spanish fluency highly desired
- Experience in outbound sales, healthcare enrollment, Medicare, or patient outreach preferred
- Patient-first mindset with resilience and adaptability
- Detail-oriented with 100% accuracy in documentation
Compensation
- $20/hour
- $200 performance-based bonus after 60 days
- Independent contractor role: responsible for own equipment, taxes, and benefits
