- Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM ET
- Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM ET
- Tuesday–Saturday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM ET
Responsibilities
- Meet a high volume of members via video appointments and provide personalized navigation support.
- Answer questions about the Maven platform quickly and professionally, offering tailored resources and recommendations.
- Coordinate care by collaborating with cross-functional teams and closing the loop with members on outstanding needs.
- Educate members on available programs, services, and resources.
- Anticipate and address members’ social determinants of health needs.
- Escalate complex concerns appropriately while maintaining an exceptional service experience.
- Contribute to special projects and cross-department collaboration to improve member care.
Requirements
- Background in allied health, human services, or healthcare.
- 1–2+ years of direct patient care or digital health experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with flexibility and a growth mindset.
- Proven ability to meet KPIs for engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with empathy and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a remote, tech-enabled environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in family planning, maternal-child health, menopause, or family-building services.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, CRM tools, EHRs, and Zendesk.
- Licensure or certification in a healthcare-related field.
- Fluency in Spanish or French.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year
