Schedule
- Remote/work-from-home (must reside in FL, IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, MO, OH, TX, or WI)
- Full-time role
- Standard weekday schedule with some flexibility
What You’ll Do
- Receive and analyze fraud and non-fraud card disputes, determining appropriate resolutions
- Complete call backs for suspicious debit card activity and process Reg E claims in compliance with regulations
- Troubleshoot debit card issues, order cards, and perform maintenance
- Answer incoming calls to resolve member fraud claims
- Review daily reports, track cases, and ensure notices and follow-ups are completed
- Initiate outbound calls to gather documentation and update members on case status
- Collaborate with departments, law enforcement, and external partners under fraud leadership guidance
What You Need
- At least 1 year of related fraud or financial services experience required
- Prior financial institution experience required
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information and document findings clearly
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management systems
