What You’ll Do
- Design and run integrated B2B campaigns—ABM, retargeting, and multi-touch programs tied to revenue goals
- Own the funnel from digital engagement through sales conversion; optimize with automation and analytics
- Elevate the customer journey with targeted content, segmentation, and personalization
- Operate with an agile test-and-learn mindset; iterate quickly and scale what works
- Partner tightly with Sales and Brand to maximize lead quality and pipeline contribution
- Manage agencies and vendors, scopes of work, and campaign budgets for ROI
- Ensure compliance with corporate, industry, and regulatory standards
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with clear goals and metrics
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years in marketing, digital strategy, or campaign management, including B2B demand gen
- 2+ years leading or mentoring team members (direct or matrixed)
- Proven wins in complex, regulated industries; BioTech/Oncology experience strongly preferred
- Mastery of full-funnel marketing, journey mapping, and performance optimization
