Schedule
- Full-time
- 100% remote (company equipment provided)

What You’ll Do
- Contact body shops to confirm pickup details and secure vehicle release authorization
- Speak with vehicle owners to obtain releases, coordinate transport, and assist with personal item removal
- Set up transport logistics, including 3-way calls with shops or tow companies when needed
- Use internal tools (including “DeCode This”) to search VINs and pull vehicle details
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in the system for each vehicle and interaction
- Hit daily production goals (100+ calls/day and 60+ live lots processed daily)
- Join weekly team meetings via Microsoft Teams
- Follow Copart policies and quality guidelines to ensure consistency
- Support teammates and handle additional tasks as assigned
What You Need
- 1+ year of office support experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong phone and written communication skills (clear, concise, professional)
- Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and comfort multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Professional virtual presence and a distraction-free workspace
- Bilingual skills (a plus)

Pay
- $16.04–$22.00/hour
- CA/CO/NY/WA: $18.00–$24.00/hour
