What You’ll Do
- Call body shops to confirm pickup details and obtain vehicle release authorization
- Speak with vehicle owners to secure releases, arrange transport, and support personal item removal
- Run 3-way calls with shops or tow companies when needed to coordinate next steps
- Use internal tools (including “DeCode This”) to look up VINs and gather vehicle information
- Document accurate notes and interaction details in the system for every vehicle
- Meet daily productivity targets (100+ calls per day and 60+ live lots processed daily)
- Participate in weekly team meetings via Teams for alignment and support
- Follow Copart policies and procedures to maintain quality and consistency
- Support teammates and take on additional tasks as assigned
What You Need
- At least 1 year of office support experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong phone and written communication skills (clear, concise, professional)
- Typing speed of 45 WPM and comfort with basic 10-key
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace and a professional virtual presence
- Bilingual is a plus
- Work authorization for the U.S.
