What You’ll Do
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate revenue cycle staff (billers, coders, collectors)
- Lead daily operations including billing, coding, claims, payments, and collections
- Track and achieve revenue goals while fostering collaboration and growth
- Conduct team meetings, provide training, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, offering insights to improve outcomes
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred
- 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, including 1–2 years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of billing, coding, payer requirements, and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word and healthcare billing/EHR software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- CRCR, CPC, or similar certification preferred
