- Contact Center is open 24/7, schedules vary and may include one weekend shift
- Pay range: $17.00–$34.15 per hour (offer depends on experience, location, and other factors)
What You’ll Do
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments (inbound and outbound calls)
- Provide courteous service, answer questions, and address patient concerns
- Enter patient and appointment details accurately into the scheduling system
- Communicate appointment instructions clearly
- Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly
- Coordinate with medical staff and other teams to keep scheduling smooth
- Make follow-up calls to confirm appointments and send reminders
- Document interactions and transactions accurately
- Support special projects as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- 1+ year customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Strong phone etiquette and patient-first tone
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
- High integrity and reliability
- Basic PC skills, including basic Excel
- EMR documentation experience preferred
- Languages preferred: Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Polish
- US work authorization
