Schedule

What You’ll Do
⦁ Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
⦁ Deliver friendly, professional support while answering questions and addressing concerns
⦁ Enter patient details and appointment information accurately in the scheduling system
⦁ Communicate appointment details and instructions clearly to patients
⦁ Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and appropriately
⦁ Coordinate with clinic staff and internal teams to keep scheduling running smoothly
⦁ Make follow-up calls to confirm appointments and provide reminders
⦁ Document interactions and transactions thoroughly and accurately
⦁ Support special projects and additional tasks as assigned

What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
⦁ 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
⦁ Strong phone etiquette, professionalism, and a calm problem-solving mindset
⦁ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
⦁ Comfort working with technology: proficient PC skills, basic Excel, and basic Google Suite navigation
⦁ Prior remote work experience and a reliable, distraction-free home workspace
⦁ Ability to obtain high-speed internet and hardwire equipment to router/modem
⦁ Reliable dependent care during working hours (if applicable)
⦁ Experience with EMR documentation preferred
⦁ Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Polish language skills preferred
⦁ U.S. work authorization
