Schedule
• Fully remote
• 40 hours per week
• Contact center operates 24/7; some roles may require one weekend shift
• Must maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet required; must be able to hardwire equipment
• Occasional on-site support if located within 50 miles of an OSH center
Responsibilities
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments across inbound and outbound calls
• Provide courteous, accurate, and timely assistance to older adult patients
• Enter appointment and patient information with a high level of accuracy
• Communicate instructions and visit details clearly
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate issues when necessary
• Collaborate with medical staff and internal teams to maintain smooth operations
• Complete follow-up calls and appointment reminders
• Document all interactions in the appropriate systems
• Support additional projects as assigned
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• 1+ year of customer service experience, call center preferred
• Warm, patient, and professional phone demeanor
• Experience supporting older adult populations is a plus
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong integrity and reliability with consistent attendance
• Proficient computer skills (EMR experience preferred)
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and documentation tools
• Multilingual candidates encouraged (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Polish)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
