Synq3 Restaurant Solutions is named for the synchronization of People, Process, and Technology. As a Call Center Representative, you combine all three. You will work with our Guests to take their food orders using the most innovative restaurant software. Our Call Center Representatives/Ordering Specialists are responsible for speaking with Guests to receive their takeout or delivery orders and place those orders through our software. You get to deliver excellent service to our Guests while handling phone calls for well-known and well-established restaurant brands such as, Applebee’s, California Pizza Kitchen, Habit Burger, and Chipotle Mexican Grill.

Requirements:

Must have hardwired internet service connected directly from modem to computer via ethernet cable with 25+ mbps of download speed and 2+ mbps of upload speed
Provide your own noise-canceling headset. The headset must have a USB plug-in; wireless and Bluetooth are not compatible.
Navigate a computer, accurately enter information, learn menus, and deliver on product knowledge
Communicate clearly over the phone
Extend excellent customer service in a friendly and polite manner
Handle multiple computer platforms and functions while maintaining a conversation with the guest
