We help thousands of families each month say goodbye to their beloved pets with dignity, comfort, and compassion. Our remote Veterinary Care Coordinators are the empathetic voice guiding families through these deeply personal moments.
Schedule
Full-time | Fully Remote | 7 AM–11 PM EST (varied shifts, including nights/weekends/holidays) | $16/hr
What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered service to pet families via high-volume phone calls.
- Guide emotional conversations with empathy and calm professionalism.
- Accurately document medical information and schedule appointments.
- Collaborate closely with veterinarians and team members to ensure seamless care.
- Meet and exceed quality, productivity, and performance standards.
- Participate in a mandatory 4-week paid training program (attendance required in full).
What You Bring
- Prior experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Comfort handling sensitive, emotional conversations with empathy.
- Strong computer skills (Google Workspace, Five9, Zoom).
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to your schedule.
- Previous remote work experience preferred.
