Lap of Love provides peaceful, in-home euthanasia and end-of-life care for pets across the country. The company is built on compassion, respect, and the belief that every family deserves support through one of life’s most difficult transitions.
Schedule
- Full-time, 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
- Support Center Hours: 7 AM–11 PM EST, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Includes nights, weekends, and holidays
- Mandatory 4-week paid training at start of employment
What You’ll Do
- Answer a high volume of calls and provide calm, compassionate guidance to pet families
- Discuss end-of-life and quality-of-life care with empathy and understanding
- Collect and accurately record pet medical information
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with veterinarians
- Maintain professionalism and emotional composure during sensitive conversations
- Meet productivity and quality standards while delivering exceptional service
What You Need
- Experience in customer service or call center environments
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to learn software quickly (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Five9, Zoom)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Quiet home workspace and ability to work independently
- Must complete a continuous 4-week intensive training program
