Schedule & Training
- Shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday — 10:00 PM–5:00 AM PST / 1:00 AM–8:00 AM EST (26 hrs/week)
- Training: 3 weeks, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM PST / 1:00 PM–7:00 PM EST
- 100% remote position
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact between hospitals, providers, pharmacies, patients, and staff
- Triage inbound calls for multiple acute care facilities
- Manage and update daily provider schedules
- Communicate schedule changes to staff and management
- Maintain accurate provider contact information
- Document inbound and outbound calls clearly and accurately in the database
- Provide professional, courteous, and timely support
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of office experience in a medical setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure, resolve conflicts, and remain calm in stressful situations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and in team settings
