They also launched Cabinet Experts for kitchen cabinet refacing, with continued growth plans across the region.

What You’ll Do
⦁ Engage prospective customers and set qualified appointments for the sales team
⦁ Communicate the value of bath remodel and cabinet refacing services clearly and confidently
⦁ Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and convert conversations into booked appointments
⦁ Follow the appointment-setting sales process, including confirming complete and accurate customer details
⦁ Log all activity and notes accurately in the CRM to keep the pipeline clean and actionable
⦁ Deliver a high level of customer service so every lead feels respected and taken care of
What You Need
⦁ Previous home-improvement call center experience (required to be considered)
⦁ 1+ year of call center experience
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent
⦁ Strong communication skills, confident phone presence, and ability to drive a conversation
⦁ Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
⦁ Goal-driven, task-oriented approach with a positive, energetic attitude
⦁ Inside sales or multi-product sales experience (preferred)
⦁ Lead Perfection CRM experience (nice to have)
