Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, fully remote role (Georgia candidates only)
- Pay rate: $12.25 per hour
- Flexible schedule—must be available 7 days a week between 8:00 a.m. and 12:30 a.m.
- Paid training provided
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls related to suspected fraud, identity theft, and credits
- Create and manage fraud cases, updating order and account information
- Review traffic patterns, analyze risk, and help mitigate fraudulent activity
- Make outbound calls to follow up on fraud cases and secure equipment
- Manage multiple fraud queues and systems in a high-volume environment
- Operate quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting to prevent losses
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18+ with superb attendance
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Dedicated, distraction-free workspace
- High-speed internet with direct ethernet connection required
- Own computer monitor (other equipment provided)
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple windows and systems
- Ability to stay engaged on the phone for full shifts
- Background check required
