Schedule
- 100% Remote (United States)
- Full-time, direct hire
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must be able to work Saturdays
What You’ll Do
- Answer heavy inbound call volume in a remote call center environment
- Respond to patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Route calls to the correct billing department when needed
- Resolve customer issues while following client rules and Digitech processes
- Follow through on requests, which may include calling other parties or sending info by email/fax
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, timely filing limits, and internal policies
What You Need
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
- Ability to work Saturdays (required)
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel basics)
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Comfort handling pressure, high call volume, and tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
- Professional phone presence and clear communication
- Insurance billing knowledge is preferred (training provided)
- Punctual, dependable, and able to learn fast
