What You’ll Do
- Answer heavy inbound call volume in a remote call center environment
- Respond to patient billing questions with empathy and professionalism
- Triage and transfer calls to the appropriate billing department when needed
- Determine resolutions while following client rules and expectations
- Follow through on requests that may require calling other parties or sending info via email/fax
- Maintain HIPAA awareness and accuracy in every interaction
What You Need
- Bilingual: English/Spanish (required)
- Comfortable on phones all day with high call volume
- Minimum typing speed: 40 wpm
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel
- Insurance billing knowledge preferred (training provided)
- Quick learner who asks good questions
- Calm under pressure, dependable, and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across tools and requests
