Schedule
- Full-time, direct hire
- 100% remote
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Saturday availability required
What You’ll Do
- Answer high-volume patient calls in a professional, empathetic manner
- Address billing questions, resolve concerns, and forward calls when needed
- Follow through on requests by contacting third parties, emailing, or faxing information
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and client requirements while ensuring timely resolution
- Promote a positive company image in every interaction
What You Need
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Insurance billing knowledge preferred (training provided)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage heavy call loads
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and dependability
