Job Description: Call Center Representative

Location: Office-based in Phoenix, AZ 85020for training (1-2 weeks), then fully remote
Equipment Provided: Yes

Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Call Center Representative. Initially focused on call center duties, this role will evolve to include various administrative tasks. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring patients receive the home health services they need by assisting with phone calls, data entry, and processing referrals from agencies, hospitals, and providers.

Background in healthcare
