POSITION OVERVIEW
The Customer Service Representative in our Call Center engages in various aspects of the client customer service experience, including inbound/outbound calls, conference attendee/exhibitor/VIP registration, and hotel reservations.

Performs the following duties and responsibilities:
Provide an above and beyond level Customer Service to each caller.
Answer inbound calls for registration and/or housing.
Make outbound calls for those who elect to register without booking housing.
Performing Data Entry into our proprietary databases.
Entering registration and/or housing refund requests on behalf of attendees and/or exhibitors (when applicable)
Review and maintain a thorough understanding of show business rules.
Answer and follow up on disputes/inquiries.
Enter inventory requests for customers (when applicable).
Assisting with projects and special assignments given by supervisors.
Qualifications and Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
At least 1 year experience with inbound calls in a call center environment
Clear, concise communication / diction
Strong spelling and grammar
50 wpm minimum / 95% accuracy
Microsoft Office Knowledge; Word & Excel – Intermediate knowledge preferred
Internet – Intermediate knowledge is required
