What You’ll Do
• Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy based on client-specific guidelines
• Document each inquiry accurately in a database and verify/update customer information
• Use web-based tools to resolve issues while navigating multiple windows and systems
• Make outbound calls for surveys and to obtain client-specific information as needed
• Follow up with callers, stay on schedule, and use performance data to improve results
What You Need
• High school diploma or GED (must provide proof of education at offer stage)
• Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, comprehension)
• Call center or customer service experience (highly desired)
• Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and comfort using computers and web tools
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Non-cellular high-speed internet (fiber/DSL/cable). No hotspots, satellite, Wi-Fi, or wireless internet
• Ability to pass pre-employment criteria testing, background check, and drug screen
