We have many openings, here’s more about our Client Services role:
Objective:

  • The objective of Client Services is to provide the best-in-class customer experience. Client Services determines problems/weaknesses and resolves them before they affect our clients.
  • These issues may be procedural, external, internal, or the subject property at hand. Roles on this team advance with experience professionally accepting first-level inbound calls-escalations.
  • Mortgage support Team Members are responsible for providing prompt, and accurate information to the assigned client base to positively impact the overall service levels for Class Valuation.
  • The team professionally interacts with our clients/appraisers to provide the best possible customer experience. There are no sales or telemarketing responsibilities.
  • *Mortgage/AMC experience is valued, but not required. We provide extensive paid training & equipment!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large volumes of inbound calls and messages in a timely manner
  • Identify caller needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage callers by going the extra mile whenever possible
  • Accurately document all conversations in the appropriate database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team metrics
