Do you have prior call center experience? if so, please read on! We are working with a large client to fill 600 you read that right 600 remote customer service reps for a high volume call center. We are seeking candidates with the ability to work from home who have worked within a high volume call center recently for at least 6 months. This role will be temporary for 3-6 months with the possibility for a few candidates to eventually become permanent employees.

Shifts:

  • 9a-5:30p EST
  • 11a-7:30p EST
  • 12:30p-9p EST

Must have previosly worked in customer service preferably within a call center environment for at least 6 month.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls by stakeholders regarding the Lifeline, Emergency Broadband or Affordable Connectivity Programs
  • Tier 1 calls that pertain to application status, how to apply, qualifying programs, etc
  • Notate all pertinent information in the customer management system
  • Escalate calls when necessary to resolve issue
