Cennox supports clients and Field Service Technicians by managing service requests, service tickets, and part ordering through a structured support process. This role is the first line of support that keeps service operations moving and customers informed.
Schedule
Full-time, remote. Entry level. Fast-paced call center environment. Schedule flexibility required, including weekends and holidays; overtime may be needed as business demands.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Accept and process service requests and updates via phone and email
⦁ Accurately document call details and service updates in the database/software templates
⦁ Provide customers with service status updates and call completion information
⦁ Troubleshoot service tickets and determine the best path to resolution
⦁ Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when needed
⦁ Support Field Service Technicians with service tickets, parts ordering, and workload issues
⦁ Coordinate with Field Service to maintain ETAs and SLAs based on client contracts
⦁ Communicate essential updates to coworkers and other departments
⦁ Stay current on procedural updates, emails, and call handling documentation
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent
⦁ Preferred: prior call center experience
⦁ Strong multitasking skills in a fast-moving environment
⦁ Clear verbal and written communication with strong listening skills
⦁ Accurate documentation, typing, spelling, and grammar
⦁ Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and confidentiality
⦁ Critical thinking, quick decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
⦁ Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel)
⦁ Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility (weekends/holidays as needed)
