What You’ll Do
- Develop new business opportunities by scheduling discovery calls, demos, and meetings between prospects and Sales Directors
- Prospect into target accounts using phone, email, and LinkedIn, aiming for 60–80 account touches per day
- Work assigned leads from monthly marketing campaigns and build your own targeted outreach lists
- Identify the right titles and decision-makers within accounts and align their needs with Clarify’s products and ideal customer profiles
- Use Salesforce (SFDC) and related tools to log activities, track pipeline, and keep data clean and accurate
- Stay up to date on Clarify’s product offerings and value propositions so you can hold informed conversations with diverse healthcare stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Account Directors, Demand Generation, and the broader Sales team to run coordinated outreach plays
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly activity and opportunity creation quotas
What You Need
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, verbal, and written
- Achievement-driven mindset with a focus on hitting goals and improving performance
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and manage your daily and weekly outreach
- Comfort using sales and productivity tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, LinkedIn, 6sense, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator (or similar platforms)
- Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive in outreach and follow-up
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while building strong relationships within Sales and Marketing
- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building rapport quickly with prospects
- Proven track record of meeting measurable lead generation or sales goals
- Previous SaaS or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
- Growth mindset, resilience with rejection, and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced environment
