- Full-time role, remote within the United States
- Standard business hours in coordination with Sales and Marketing teams
- High-energy, activity-driven environment with close collaboration across Sales, Demand Generation, and Marketing
What You’ll Do
- Develop qualified sales opportunities by scheduling meetings and demos between prospects and Sales Directors
- Prospect into target accounts using phone, email, and LinkedIn, aiming for 60 to 80 account touches per day
- Work assigned leads from monthly marketing campaigns and outbound lists
- Research and identify the right titles and stakeholders within accounts to match their needs to Clarify’s products and ideal customer profiles
- Keep Salesforce and related sales tools accurate and up to date to ensure clean pipeline tracking and follow-through
- Stay current on Clarify’s products and solutions to have informed, value-driven conversations with prospects
- Partner closely with Account Directors to coordinate outreach strategies and messaging
- Consistently work toward and achieve monthly activity and opportunity quotas
What You Need
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence talking to new people
- Achievement-driven mindset with a focus on hitting and exceeding goals
- Strong organizational skills and ability to plan daily and weekly outreach effectively
- Solid computer skills, with experience or comfort using tools like Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other sales engagement platforms
- Ability to be assertive and persuasive while remaining professional and respectful
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build quick rapport with prospects
- Proven track record hitting monthly lead development or sales targets is a plus
- Previous SaaS or healthcare industry experience is helpful but not required
