Business Development Representative (Recipients)

1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With over 600 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we’re seeking a Business Development Representative to support our growing global team.

Reporting directly to our Manager, Sales Development, the Business Development Representative will assist the Program Manager(s) with community outreach programs on behalf of our Recipient customers to their respective supplier bases.  The representative will be customer facing and have a key role in driving usage of 1WorldSync solution and providing superior customer satisfaction.

As Business Development Representative at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:

• Collaborate with the Program Manager in the execution of the management plan for assigned projects
• Coordinate efforts with internal partners to solve specific customer problems, deliver the right solution(s), and achieve business objectives.
• Support marketing efforts and events as needed.
• Understand the full product solution suite and properly identify solution enhancements or other products in order to best serve and customer needs.
• Align internal resources to deliver successful community outreach communication strategy, survey administration, tracking technique, and overall program planning
• Connect with target supplier community via email (Marketo, Outlook and / or Gmail) and phone calls 
• Assist with company profiling and analytics  
• Assist with marketing efforts and events (example web seminars)
• Maintain positive vendor and client relationships
• Other responsibilities as necessary
  

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to segment our prospect and customer base to identify targets 
• Excellent presentation skills 
• Feel a deep sense of ownership, accountability, pride, and passion for your work 
• Tactical enough to execute on a day-to-day basis

• Our corporate headquarters is located in Chicago, but this role can be remote in any of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI.

• This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in the US. 
• This position requires up to 10% travel.
