Rockwater Associates is a B2B professional services company specializing in the areas of Tax, Accounting, Human Resources, and Technology services. This role is responsible for generating qualified prospects and new business opportunities to expand the reach of Rockwaters’ tax services. The successful candidate will be on the front end of an inside sales team where your contributions have a direct impact on the company’s overall success. As a results-oriented high performer, you will proactively introduce prospects to company service offerings, qualify prospects by determining if they could benefit from our services and efficiently move prospects through the sales funnel.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Rockwaters’ solutions including target audience, value proposition, and best practices for successful implementation
- Call warm leads to identify and qualify prospective clients
- Identify and understand prospective client’s business needs
- Seek to develop and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new business
- Articulate technical and business value propositions via phone and email
- Manage a pipeline of prospective clients to maintain on-going sales funnels and projections
- Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities and develop strategic direction
- Regularly meet and/or exceed sales goals
- Ad hoc duties
Qualifications
- High School Diploma is required
- 2+ years of prior/proven commission sales experience, preferred
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and thrives as a team player in a highly collaborative environment
- Superior customer service and active listening skills
- Strong organization and time management skills with ability to multitask
- Proficient in computer use and software programs. Experience using a CRM system is a plus.
