  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies, inclusive of marketing campaigns, to grow brand awareness and support the sales pipeline with marketing-owned audiences 
  • Implement and track an outbound lead generation strategy on Hubspot Sales Sequences
  • Own lead management post-capture and move leads onto the next stage based on engaged versus unengaged nurture streams
  • Research companies to identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities
  • Develop lists of potential leads to contact with information from LinkedIn and scraping tools (such as ZoomInfo) to generate, cleanse, and enrich lead lists for outreach
  • Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Build and maintain marketing databases for accurate targeting and segmentation 
  • Assist with the creation of various CRM automations and sequences 
  • Report on lead qualification(s) and call activity and provide feedback to marketing and sales leadership on what is working and what is not

You have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or sales outreach/CX role
  • 3+ years’ experience with Salesforce data management and HubSpot CRM
  • Identified contacts for outreach from assigned accounts and gained traction on responses using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo 
  • Tracked outreach to avoid duplications by using list management (forms and objects) and cleaning
  • Worked with Google Suite, specifically Google Sheets for data pulls and uploads
