- Full-time, remote (telework eligible)

- Posted pay range: $17.50–$20.00 hourly (varies by experience, skills, education, and location)

- Some tasks may require competency testing prior to handling respiratory equipment coordination activities
What You’ll Do
- Gather missing documentation from sales, referrals, and patients to meet insurance guidelines
- Answer customer calls, provide introductory information, troubleshoot common issues, and escalate when needed
- Support branch processing work including intakes, ACIS screen review, delivery confirmations, insurance verification, and authorization based on payer guidelines
- Complete tasks in processing tools, monitor faxes, and perform data entry and document triage
- Confirm post-delivery work orders and complete related data entry
- Make initial outbound outreach via calls, faxes, and SMS to patients and referrals when orders are received
- Handle audit and documentation requests, including document retrieval support for billing needs
- Collect credit card or billing information when required
- Schedule patient deliveries and equipment pick-ups
- Maintain routine filing and faxing workflows
- Help patients understand paperwork, insurance, and out-of-pocket costs, and take payments when needed
- Conduct outbound customer satisfaction calls to patients and referrals as assigned
- Perform other duties as required
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 2+ years of related office experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong phone skills and customer service problem-solving ability
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate clearly using phone and electronic tools
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and printing/faxing/scanning
- Basic math skills
- Ability to meet physical requirements when applicable (including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs)
