• Must be able to work standard hours for a US time zone (8-hour shift scheduled sometime between 5am to 5pm Pacific Time)
• Compensation range: $13,440 to $16,800 USD per year
What You’ll Do
⦁ Own the customer relationship during the onboarding phase for new bookkeeping clients
⦁ Set up secure access, guide clients through the accounting process, and tailor the experience to their business
⦁ Lead personalized online meetings to teach best practices and build client confidence using the tools
⦁ Handle escalations and support requests during onboarding, ensuring smooth issue resolution
⦁ Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to share client updates, trends, and feedback
⦁ Prepare clients for long-term success, driving advocacy, retention, and opportunities to expand services
⦁ Track timelines, actions, and client details to keep onboarding organized, accurate, and efficient
What You Need
⦁ 1 to 3+ years in customer success, onboarding, implementation, account management, or sales (SaaS preferred)
⦁ Fluent English (written and verbal) with confidence leading customer calls via Zoom
⦁ Strong Excel skills (imports, exports, and data formatting)
⦁ Ability to work US time zone hours from the Philippines
⦁ Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
⦁ Consulting mindset with comfort navigating process changes and cross-functional teamwork
⦁ CRM experience is a plus
