What You’ll Do
- Maintain and update weekly financial scorecards and Excel spreadsheets
- Track sales data and commissions using an enrollment tracker for accurate reporting
- Record and manage investor logs for internal reporting and data accuracy
- Reconcile records to match current transactions and forecasts
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues fast
- Proactively contact declined clients to provide guidance and explore alternatives
- Partner with the special financing team to support customized client solutions
- Communicate professionally and empathetically via phone and email
- Protect confidentiality of financial documents and client information at all times
What You Need
- Proven bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort with financial tools
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and time management
- Solid math and analytical ability (you catch what others miss)
- Confidence communicating with clients in delicate or declined situations
- Preferred: experience in client relations, customer support, or sales tracking systems
- Professional, empathetic communication style with good judgment
