- Part-time, client-based
- Fully remote with a dedicated home office setup required
- Works within Eastern Time between 8:00am–6:00pm (flexibility to align with these hours required)
What You’ll Do
⦁ Maintain and update weekly financial scorecards and Excel spreadsheets
⦁ Track sales and commissions using an enrollment tracker with high accuracy
⦁ Record and manage investor logs for internal reporting and decision-making
⦁ Reconcile records so financial data matches transactions and forecasts
⦁ Conduct audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues quickly
⦁ Contact declined clients proactively to provide guidance and explore alternative options
⦁ Partner with the special financing department to help build customized client solutions
⦁ Communicate professionally and empathetically via phone and email
⦁ Protect confidentiality of financial documentation and client information at all times
What You Need
⦁ Proven bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience
⦁ Advanced Excel skills and comfort working inside financial trackers and scorecards
⦁ Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through
⦁ Strong math skills and analytical thinking
⦁ Confidence communicating with clients, including in sensitive declined situations
⦁ Experience in client relations, customer support, or sales tracking systems (preferred)
⦁ Professionalism and empathy, with discretion around confidential information
⦁ Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
⦁ Reliable tech setup:
- Primary internet 15 Mbps minimum, plus backup internet 10 Mbps minimum (power-outage capable)
- Primary laptop/desktop with at least i5 processor and 8GB RAM, plus backup device at least i3 level
- Backup equipment functional during power interruptions
- Webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, smartphone, and a quiet dedicated home office
