- Full time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time

What You’ll Do
⦁ Enter billing data with speed and accuracy, using 10 key skills to compare information against source documents.
⦁ Research and resolve missing, incorrect, or incomplete billing information so claims can be processed correctly.
⦁ Verify insurance information and update billing demographics to support prompt payment from payers.
⦁ Communicate by phone with clients and patients to resolve billing defects, questions, or discrepancies.
⦁ Ensure daily and weekly billing activities are completed on time while meeting production and quality goals.
⦁ Process billing transactions and support timely, accurate billing workflows as part of the Revenue Cycle team.
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent.
⦁ At least 1 year of prior work experience; experience in medical billing, claims, AR/AP, or insurance is preferred.
⦁ Alpha numeric data entry proficiency and strong 10 key skills are a plus.
⦁ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort working with multiple computer systems.
⦁ Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
⦁ Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, respond, and work well on a team.
⦁ Ability to manage your time independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
