Schedule
Fully remote. Flexible hours. Minimum 8 hours per week available during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm CST).
What You’ll Do
Prepare and submit dental insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
Post insurance payments and adjustments, reconciling all entries within the practice management system
Monitor accounts receivable and run regular AR reports to identify trends and outstanding balances
Serve as the primary point of contact for offices and insurance companies
Collaborate with dental offices to confirm accurate coding and documentation
What You Need
At least 5 years of experience in dental insurance claim submission, posting, and AR management
Strong understanding of dental insurance plans, billing processes, and coding
Excellent problem-solving skills with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy
Clear, professional communication skills and strong follow-up habits
Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and Google Workspace
