The Billing, Member Support team is responsible for answering member billing inquiries and creating clear, actionable, positive experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
Be the point of contact for member billing inquiries via phone and e-mail
Problem solve patient issues and creatively come up with solutions that meet the patient’s and organization’s needs
Work collaboratively with our Billing Specialists, Revenue Cycle and Benefit teams to provide an excellent, streamlined patient experience
Contribute to team development through participating in team problem solving, process creation and team meetings
Own ad hoc operational projects as needed by the Member Support Manager & Member Support Team Lead

The target salary range for this position is $32.05/hr – $39.62/hr, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
