Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (U.S.)
- No weekends, holidays, or on-call obligations
What You’ll Do
- Process electronic and paper claims with complete, accurate information to maximize reimbursement
- Review, correct, and submit claims to reduce denials and ensure first-time payment
- Manage assigned work queues and claim scrubber edits before submission
- Research and apply regulatory or payer changes affecting billing practices
- Collaborate with insurance companies, access/credentialing teams, and internal stakeholders to optimize revenue cycle processes
- Provide high-level customer service and make recommendations for billing system improvements
What You Need
- Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare billing or revenue services
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively
- High level of customer service skills for patients and colleagues
