Schedule
- Remote (United States)
- Full-time, hourly (non-exempt)
- Must reside in CST or EST time zone
- Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm
What You’ll Do
- Manage complex billing issues, disputes, and escalations
- Review and process invoices with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Identify and correct inconsistencies between order requests, provider rates, and billing info
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve billing workflows
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve billing efficiency
- Monitor and respond to complex billing requests (including via Slack channels) with timely resolutions
What You Need
- 2+ years of high-volume billing and invoicing experience, including billing disputes
- Strong problem-solving skills and process-improvement mindset
- Ability to manage escalations and communicate clearly and professionally
- Proficiency using Mac and PC and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Preferred tools experience: Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Customer-first approach while maintaining positive client relationships
