Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Monday–Friday, between 8:00AM–6:00PM EST
- 12-week paid training: 9:30AM–6:00PM EST
- Final schedule assigned after training based on department needs
What You’ll Do
- Provide outstanding service to members and providers by answering inquiries with accuracy and empathy
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls in English and Spanish, adapting to varied questions and call complexity
- Accurately document call details in compliance with department standards
- Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and ensure members’ needs are met
- Manage conflict and challenging calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Consistently meet or exceed goals for quality, productivity, and member satisfaction
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- At least 3 consecutive years in a prior role, ideally in a customer-facing position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills; able to multitask and prioritize under deadlines
- Professional references from previous supervisors
- Ability to complete a 60–90 minute technical competency assessment on a laptop or desktop
- Quiet, secure home workspace with high-speed internet
