Our Member Engagement team plays a key role in helping members schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations that prioritize wellness and improve outcomes.
Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (work from home).
- Call center hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–8 PM EST; Saturday–Sunday, 9 AM–5:30 PM EST.
- Two weeks of paid, mandatory training (100% attendance required).
- All equipment provided.
Responsibilities
- Make ~50 outbound calls per hour using an auto-dialer.
- Use approved scripts to explain and schedule free health evaluations.
- Overcome objections respectfully with prepared rebuttals.
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as requested.
- Protect member privacy by following HIPAA guidelines.
- Meet daily performance goals (appointments, calls, productivity).
- Participate in coaching sessions and complete overtime as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Motivated to hit goals and earn incentives.
- Proficiency in using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Reliable, wired internet (20 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up, ≤100 ms latency).
- Quiet and secure home workspace (furniture not provided).
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Successful completion of pre-hire testing, background check, and drug screen.
- Previous call center and auto-dialer experience preferred.
Benefits
- Base pay: $13 per hour.
- Monthly incentives up to $1,125 (≈ +$7/hr).
