This is outbound-heavy, metric-driven, and built for people who don’t fold when the “no” starts flying.

Schedule
- Fully remote, work from home (equipment provided)
- Call center hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET, Sat–Sun 9:00 AM–5:30 PM ET
- 2 weeks paid mandatory training with 100% attendance required
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
What You’ll Do
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automated dialer (about 85% outbound / 15% inbound)
- Use scripts to offer, explain, and schedule free health evaluations with licensed providers
- Handle questions, overcome objections using rebuttals, and keep it persuasive without getting pushy
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using multiple systems
- Meet daily metrics (appointments, calls, handle time, productivity)
- Participate in coaching and side-by-sides as needed
- Stay HIPAA-compliant and escalate member complaints immediately
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluent Spanish and English (read, write, and conversational)
- Comfort working in a results-driven outbound call center environment
- Strong sales aptitude and motivation to earn monthly incentives
- Strong communication, friendly phone presence, and coachability
- Ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously
- High-volume call center and auto-dialer experience (strong plus)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass pre-hire testing, background check, and drug screening
- Able to provide two valid IDs and proof of education during onboarding
