In this contract, you’ll support a Driver Assistance Program that provides real time safety services like emergency help, collision notifications, destination assistance, and more. You bring the language skills, empathy, and professionalism; they provide the tools, training, and a fully remote setup.
Schedule
- Contract, work from home, serving customers in Canada and eligible U.S. states
- Contractors may live in Canada or the U.S. (excluding CA, NY, PA, and WA)
- Flexible schedule opportunities – you choose your hours
- Client operates 24/7 with day, night, and weekend options
- Typical contract ranges from 15 to 40+ hours per week
What You’ll Do
⦁ Answer inbound calls from Driver Assistance Program customers in both Spanish and English
⦁ Support services such as Emergency Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Hands free Destination Assist, and Stolen Vehicle Locator
⦁ Listen carefully to each caller, evaluate their situation, and guide them to an appropriate solution
⦁ Handle a mix of routine navigation/mapping questions and high stress emergency calls
⦁ Reassure, de escalate, and support emotional or distressed callers while driving the call toward resolution
What You Need
⦁ Fluency in BOTH Spanish and English (this program requires passing a fluency test)
⦁ Caring, calm, and empathetic demeanor, especially during urgent or emotional calls
⦁ Strong customer service skills, with excellent active listening
⦁ Ability to multitask while searching for information and speaking with customers
⦁ Quiet, uninterrupted workspace in your home
⦁ Personal computer (no tablet) with Windows 11, wired broadband internet (10 Mbps+), and a wired USB headset with microphone
⦁ Smartphone or tablet for installing a required authentication app
⦁ Willingness to work as an independent contractor and successfully pass a background check
